Our building has three levels consisting of 10 suites from various medical professions and it is important that our main foyer, entry, common areas, stairwells, gardens and in particular the bathrooms, are kept impeccable and this is what Grubless has provided our Centre over the last ten years. lf ever we have any problems in the Centre, we can contact David who immediately goes into action to take care of the problem. This is something you don’t get with many other cleaning services. The peace of mind in knowing that David will take care of our needs is important. David provides all bathroom and cleaning consumables (liquid soap, toilet paper, air fresheners, etc.) at a reasonable cost, saving me the trouble of purchasing those items myself – this is another service he provides for us which is greatly appreciated.
Would I recommend “Grubless Property Services”? …. ln a heartbeat. I find them honest, courteous and always happy to go that extra mile for us. Over the years I have never experienced a delay in them responding to my requests, there’s nothing in the too hard basket.
